Membership

Membership is open to any and all persons who are interested in any aspect of polka music in any form.  Those members may include but are not limited to musicians, disc jockey's and/or Internet jockeys, promoters, recording agencies, publications, distributors, groups, clubs, educators, students or any other individual or agency that is genuinely interested in being a part of an extensive network of polka enthusiasts.  Membership shall not be denied to any person on the basis of race, creed, sex, religion, or national origin.

Yearly Membership Dues

$8.00 Adults

$3.00 Children (age 0-17)

$20 Per Polka Band (limit 7)

OR

$20 For Three Years (adult)

$8 For Three years (child)

$75 Lifetime (age 60 and over)

$125 Lifetime (age 60 and under)
