POLKA MUSIC HEADED FOR DIGITAL JUKEBOXES
 

RINGLE, WI---Polka America Corporation (PAC) has approached a leading digital jukebox entertainment company who is looking to add polka music to their list of genres. Your music will be available on over one million jukeboxes nationwide.
 

Here are the criteria:

·      You must be (or become) a member of PAC in order to receive the
information. (only $5 for individual adult memberships, $3 for
children, or $20 for the whole band to become members - limit up to
seven band members)

·      You must show proof of paid mechanical licensing for all cover tunes
you recorded. (Through Harry Fox or otherwise)

·      You are the authorized owner of the Master recording(s).

·      You do NOT need a bar code on the CD.

·      Your CD should be of the best possible recording and production
quality.
 

If you meet these criteria, we will send you a Submission of Content form that YOU will fill out and send to the jukebox company directly. Once the jukebox company receives the form, they will enter the information you have provided into a contract and send three copies of each contract (Master Use and Publishing) for your signature. Once those contracts are received back they will submit them for countersignature by their CFO and return two fully executed copies to you for your records. Upon receipt of your content (i.e., CDs & artwork) your music will be ripped into their database and will be made available on any of their digital jukeboxes across the nation.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE! PAC will not evaluate, direct or govern what music gets submitted. The jukebox company will be the sole decision maker as to which content they select. PAC is happily only serving as the go- between organization for this important opportunity and information.
